President Bola Tinubu has felicitated with Christians in Nigeria and around the world as they celebrate the Easter season.
Tinubu, in a statement through his spokesman, Ajuri Ngelale, commended Nigerians for their sacrifices in the past few months towards recovery and sustainable growth, assuring that their seeds of patience will in no time bring forth abundance of good fruits.
He noted that the sacrifice of Jesus Christ for humanity is an emphatic lesson for leaders and all Nigerians to yield to selflessness and compassion, in the pursuit of a united, peaceful, and prosperous nation.
The president also called on Christians to imbibe the virtues of love, sacrifice, and compassion associated with the season.
