Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle have advocated more investment in the mental health of troops, to ensure that they remain active and productive parts of the society even after their retirement.
Harry said this during a visit to the Defence Headquarters for the promotion of the Invictus Games, a sporting event Harry founded for wounded military veterans, emphasizing that military personnel should enjoy the best form of care, during and after service.
Meanwhile, Nigerian Army has assured that it will win the war against terrorism, insurgency, and banditry if the planned establishment of Army Aviation succeeds and the night fighting capabilities of the Nigerian Army Infantry Corps are improved.
Former commander infantry corps, Major General Victor Ezugwu (rtd), stated this in his farewell address, during the Pulling Out Parade ceremony organised by the Infantry Corps Centre, Jaji in honour of himself and 28 other Infantry Generals recently retired from the Nigerian Army.
