U.S Secretary of State, Antony Blinken continues his quest to prevent gaza conflict from growing into a regional conflagration after meeting Israeli President, Isaac Herzog today.
Speaking alongside President Herzog, ahead of their meeting this morning, Blinken said he would share what he heard from regional countries in the course of his tour round the region.
Meanwhile, President Herzog has faulted the likes of South Africa for peddling unverified information, accusing Israeli defense forces of attacking civilians, nothing that such lawsuit filed in the international court of justice (ICJ) is outrageous.
In the meantime, Gaza’s health ministry claims Israel launched an air and ground assault on the enclave that has killed more than 23,000 Palestinians.
