The All-progressive congress in Rive state has accused Governor Siminalaye Fubara of unconstitutional conduct, outright disregard for separation of power and totalitarian system of governance.

Caretaker chairman of the party, Tony Okocha speaking after the State House of Assembly ruled against the Governor to enact the State House of Assembly (RSHA) Service Commission Law, claimed the move is an evidence of the disunity between the governor and the lawmakers.

Meanwhile, special adviser to the governor on political strategy, Darlington Orji argued that claims that the governor is not in line with tenets of democracy is false and unguided, insisting that some persons are misrepresenting the facts for selfish reasons.

Earlier today, the state house of assembly enacted the Rivers State House of Assembly (RSHA) Service Commission Law, in contrast to the stance of the Governor Siminalayi Fubara.
