Lagosians have hailed Governor Babajide Sanwo-olu for implementing policies that will meet the immediate need of the public, especially food and welfare.
Some of the residents who spoke to Adamimogo 91.1FM at the Lagos food hub, idi-oro, mushin described the initiative as a solution to the food supply need of the people, lauding the governor, for giving farmers and consumers such platform.
Meanwhile, the people called on the governor to replicate the initiative in other local governments, to ensure that every person has equal access to quality and affordable food items.
Recall, the Governor had promised to improve food storage and distribution, to tackle food waste, shortage and unavailability of food items for the public.
