Lagos state government says it will continue to investing in facilities that nurture talent and bring communities together for the development the people.

 

Governor Babajide Sanwo-olu said this via X after unveiling the ongoing transformation of the Teslim Balogun Stadium in Surulere, which includes the cladding, roof covering, track replacement, upgrading of the VIP Lounge, players dressing lounge, the pitch among others.

 

He said the move aligns with the vision for Lagos – a city where sports thrive, offering hope and entertainment.

 

The governor also sent Best wishes to the Super Eagles at the African Nations Cup in Ivory Coast as they continue to seek glory.
