The All-Progressives Congress Chairmen Forum has expressed worry over the state of insecurity in the country, advising President Bola Tinubu not to hesitate in replacing any security heads found wanting.
The forum after meeting the President at the villa, commended him for his proactive approach to the issue of national security, insisting that only a complete and total onslaught against non-state actors through out the country can guarantee peace.
Meanwhile, the secretary of the forum, Alphonsus Oga Eba in a statement, claimed that some of the criminal activities perpetrated in the country are politically motivated, to distract the government and present it in bad light.
The APC Chairmen also described the crisis in the Edo chapter of the party after the governorship primaries as a storm in tea cup, but added that efforts are being made to address all the grievances at the level of party leadership.
