Two occupants of the Ogbomoso residence of a former governor of Oyo State, Adebayo Alao-Akala have been fatally injured in an inferno.
The Director of Operations, Oyo State Fire Service, Ismail Adeleke, confirmed the incident in Ibadan.
It was gathered that the residence of the former governor, located in the Randa area of Ogbomoso, was razed by fire in the early hours of today but the cause is not yet known.
An unnamed eyewitness said that the two people who sustained injury had been taken to hospital for treatment.
