Head of the Paramilitary Rapid Support Forces fighting in Sudan, General Mohamed Dagalo says he will not negotiate with Sudanese Army General, Abdel Fattah al-Burhan until fighting ends.

Dagalo said his fighters were being bombed relentlessly since a three-day truce was extended and insisted a complete ceasefire was required before talks can kick off.

General Burhan has tentatively agreed to face-to-face talks in South Sudan.
