The Ondo Commissioner of Police, CP Abayomi Oladipo has ordered the State Criminal Investigation Department to urgently investigate the case of alleged murder and suicide of a socialite and petrol station owner, Sesan Adelabu, popularly known as Emirate and his wife, Bolu.
According to Spokesperson of the Command, Funmilayo Odunlami-Omisanya, the officer attached to the Adelabu’s house at Alagbaka area in Akure, received a call from the deceased child asking after his father, because he was not picking his calls.
The statement noted that in a bid to inform Adelabu, the policeman went into the house and discovered him faced down and lifeless in the toilet while his wife’s body was found on the bed with suspected machete cuts on her head and face.
It was gathered that an empty container of poisonous insecticide was also found at the-scene
