A former minister of state for budget & national planning, Clem Agba has formally indicated interest to contest the September 21, Edo state governorship election.
He is the first aspirant to pick the Expression of Interest and Nomination forms on the platform of the All Progressives Congress.
The former Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice in Edo State, Henry Idahagbon picked the forms on behalf of Agba at the APC National Secretariat in Abuja.
He is expected to contend with several other aspirants including the party’s candidate in 2020 elections, Osagie Ize-Iyamu.
