The Ekiti State House of Assembly today, received and read a list of nominees for ratification of their appointment as Commissioners and Special Advisers in the State Executive Council.
Speaker of the house, Adeoye Aribasoye during plenary, read the names from a letter sent to the House by , requesting the lawmakers for their parliamentary approval in accordance with the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Aribasoye on behalf of his colleagues, committed the list to the House Committee on Rules and Business, headed by the Majority Leader, Tolu Ige.
Some of the nominees are Dapo Karounwi, Taiwo Olatunbosun, Folorunsho Olabode, Tosin Aluko, Bolaji Aluko, Ojo Bakare, Patrick Tedela and the immediate former head of service, Peju Babafemi amongst others.
