The national chairman of the All-progressive congress, Abdulahi Ganduje says the judgement of the supreme court that upheld the victory of President Tinubu is a verdict of confidence and credibility, noting that the party will continue work tirelessly for the good of the Nigerian people.

Ganduje said this after the judgement of the supreme court, appreciating the opposition party, Ganduje stated that their decision to approach a court of competent jurisdiction over taking up arms and fomenting trouble shows Nigeria’s democracy is developing at a laudable speed.

In the meantime, a counsel of the labor party in the just concluded presidential election case, Keneth Okonkwo has partially faulted the judgment of the supreme court, insisting that it failed to consider the forfeiture case of President Tinubu which he said was pivotal.

While he accepts the judgement as binding, he noted that the court’s reservation on the use of BVAS and IREV shows that INEC has a lot to do in fixing its credibility and integrity.
