The Akwa Ibom chapter of the All-Progressives Congress has expelled a former aide to President Muhammadu Buhari, Ita Enang over alleged anti-party activities.
According to the State Working Committee of the party led by Stephen Ntukekpo, the expulsion follows recommendations from Enang’s Eastern ward 2 in Ibiono area of the state.
The party explained that the basis for the decision was Enang’s continued litigation against the Candidate, Akanimo Udofia and the party.
