Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has appointed former Commissioner of Budget and Economic Planning, Mr. Sam Egube as the new Deputy Chief of Staff.
He replaces the former DCoS, Gboyega Soyannwo, who passed on recently after a brief illness.
Egube was one of the commissioner nominees of the governor who was refused clearance by the State House of Assembly following disagreements with the governor on the issue of representation in the State cabinet for some Local Government areas.
He would be sworn in on Wednesday at the at Lagos House, Alausa in Ikeja.
