Russian foreign minister Sergei Lavrov has described U.S policy towards North Korea as dangerous and unwelcoming as Russia continues its push for alliance in Asia.
Lavrov said this today, during a visit to North korea ‘s leader Kim Jong un, hailing the new, strategic level of relations between russia and north korea as important and key to joint expansion.
According to him, Russia is seriously worried about the intensification of military activity of the United States, Japan and south Korea in the region and by Washington’s policies, which he said Russia opposes.
Lavrov claimed the u.s was placing strategic infrastructure, including nuclear elements in the region, a reaction to us and its regional allies warning of north Korea’s development of nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles.
