Lagos State Physical Planning Permit Authority, LASPPPA has urged property owners and developers to regularize from residential to commercial and also to readjust the approval they have after additional structures or development have been done on their property.
This was noticed after the enforcement exercise by the Monitoring and Compliance Unit of the Authority visited Oshodi, Isolo and Ifako Ijaiye District offices.
The Authority advised residents to comply with Lagos State Physical Planning Development Law, to avoid clashing with government policies in the nearest future.
Recall Governor Babajide Sanwo-olu had mandated his commissioners and leaders at different levels to ensure strict compliance to the regulations of the state on all fronts, to restore discipline and uphold the ethics and norms of the state.
