Minister of Labour and Employment, Simon Lalong may likely return to the Senate, having been declared winner of the South Senatorial Zone in Plateau.
Speculations have become rife after the Minister confirmed on his social media account, X, that he recieved the certificate of return at the INEC Headquarters from the National Commissioner Mohammed Haruna.

The Court of Appeal had earlier sacked Peoples Democratic Party’s Bali Napoleon and declared Lalong as the Senator for Plateau South Senatorial Zone.
