The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister, Nyesom Wike, says very minister under President Tinubu has a mandate to deliver and give yearly report of projects and programs.
Speaking to journalists in Abuja, Wike stated that the President has warned that there is on room for failure or excuses, insisting that his desire as supported by the President is to transform the FCT to a befitting edifice.
The minister also noted that lingering crisis caused by improper land allocation and multiple allocation will be addressed with the introduction National Identification Number (NIN) and Bank Verification Number (BVN) as requirements for obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy (C-of-O) in Abuja.
He also stated that plans are in top gear to stem the tide of crime and kidnapping in the city, noting that new regulations will be rolled out which he said must be adhered strictly.
