Former Chelsea manager, Graham Potter has lauded goalkeeper, Robert Sanchez, branding him as ‘world class.’
Sanchez, who has faced criticism this season, has operated as the No.1 goalkeeper under Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca.
He is ahead of Filip Jorgensen, who joined the Blues in the summer transfer window.
Sanchez was recently criticized by former Chelsea midfielder John Obi Mikel, who warned that the keeper could prevent Maresca’s side from winning the Premier League title this season.
Speaking about Sanchez, Potter told the BBC: “His high-end actions are world-class.
“He has got the power, the size, the agility, the speed, he just makes the goal look really, really small.”
He added, “He plucks things out of the air just effortlessly. So that doesn’t surprise me.”
