President Bola Tinubu has assured Nigerians that the dividends of democracy will trickle down to every corner of the nation without prejudice or partiality to ensure that the sacrifices of the people does not go in vain.
Tinubu speaking at the swearing-in ceremony of Imo state Governor, Hope Uzodinma for his second term in office, Tinubu promised that very soon, Nigerians will begin to enjoy the benefits of subsidy removal, which he tagged a scheme by few Nigerians to plunge the nation into penury.
According to the President, the new months will usher in new era that will show Nigerians that his government is intentional about holistic improvements and upgrades on all sides, noting that the massive exodus experienced in different sectors will become a thing of the past.
On his part, Governor Hope Uzodinma restated his commitment to the people of the state, vowing to consolidate on his past achievements, while calling on all stakeholders to embrace the peace and development of the state.
