Two broadcast staff of Adamimogo 93.1FM, Lekki, Lagos – Ayo Adekeye and Aminat Popoola have emerged winners of the Radio Tracker NGR Awards for 2023.
In an announcement made on their Instagram page, Radio tracker NGR, named Adekeye also known as Sugar Best English Sports Broadcaster, while Popoola alias Sisi Eko emerged best Female Yoruba broadcaster for 2023.
Adekeye hosts the popular weekday sports programme, 931 Sports, while Popoola is the host of Akomolede, a weekly programme teaching key proverbs, expressions and culture in Yoruba.
Founder of Adamimogo FM Nigeria and Cleric, Prophet Sam Olu-Alo commended the radio personalities for their wins and thanked Adamimogo FM fans who voted for them during the open poll process.
Facilitators of the Awards, Radiotracker is known for spotlighting top broadcasting talent from stations across Nigeria.
