FCT minister and former governor of River state, Nyesom Wike says his decision to choose Siminalaye Fubara as his successor is a cause for rethink and soft remorse.

Wike while speaking to news men, stated that Fubara’s actions after clinching power were shocking and an outright betrayal of his initial display and disposition to his political ideologies and leanings.

According to Wike, those comparing his perceived fallout with Fubara and his political dispute with his predecessor, Rotimi Amaechi are misinformed and politically malnourished, noting that Nigerians are only privy to droplets of facts and truth from the political scene.

The minister also claimed his rise to the state house in 2007 was not sponsored by Amaechi neither did he support his appointment as a minister, saying that Fubara took the wrong route to political prominence.
